The paper indicates the concept and basic principle of the BIM technique,and analyzes the key role of the BIM technique in the assembly architectural design from the scheme design,primary design,design for construction maps,and inner decoration design according to some problems in the assembly buildings,so as to enhance the healthy development of the assembly buildings.
