布袋除尘器钢支架结构设计的若干问题与分析

以某600 MW机组布袋除尘器工程为例,从除尘器钢支架结构布置方案、荷载施加、材料类型、节点类型和设计计算等方面,分析了布袋除尘器钢支架结构设计过程中存在的各种问题,并提出了针对性的解决策略,为设计出经济合理、安全可靠的支架提供参考。

Taking a 600 MW unit bag filter project as example,this paper analyzes a series of problems in the design of the steel supporting structure of the bag filter from aspects of the structural arrangement,load application,material type,the node type and the design calculation,it puts forward corresponding solving strategies,which can provide reference for the design of the economical,safe and reliable steel supporting.
