摘要
论述了建筑工程造价与成本控制的重要性,基于建筑工程造价与成本控制需遵循的基本理论,分析了建筑工程造价与成本控制中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的解决措施,以提高建筑工程的经济社会效益。
This paper described the importance of construction engineering cost and the cost control,based on the basic theory of construction engineering cost and cost control should follow,analyzed the existing problems in construction engineering cost and cost control,and put forward specific measures to improve the economic and social benefits of construction engineering.
