Study on the Influencing Factors,Formation Mechanism and Promotion Tactics of the Quality Competitiveness of Higher Vocational Colleges

越来越多的国家示范性及骨干高职院校的成功经验表明:人才培养质量已成为社会衡量高职教育价值的主要尺度。教育质量能够增强高职教育竞争力,提升高职吸引力。本文以竞争力和质量管理理论为研究视角,引入高职教育质量竞争力新构念,从组织内外因方面探索构建高职教育质量竞争力演进的动力机制模型,并在此基础上提出高职教育质量竞争力演进的三条路径。

In the process of popularization of higher education,quality has become the focus of attention.More and more successful experience of national demonstration and backbone vocational colleges shows that the quality of personnel training has become the major scale community to measure the value of higher vocational education. Quality must win the competitive advantage. This paper shows the introduction of quality competitive new constructs in vocational education with competitiveness and quality of management theory. The model in dicates that it is dynamic mechanism and path of evolution.
