摘要
介绍了一种新型煤矿用履带式多功能装载机,通过对装载作业巷道工况条件、装煤机生产能力的分析,对传统装载机进行改进,采用了铲斗集料与刮板输送配套的连续输送方式,提高效率,更加适用于狭小巷道作业。文中利用ANSYS软件对装载机铲斗进行了有限元分析,为装载机等类似设备的设计制造提供了理论依据。
This paper describes a new type of multifunctional crawler loaders. Based on tunnel working conditions andproduction capacity, the traditional loader is improved. Continuous transmission with a bucket and scraper conveyor isused to improve efficiency and make the loader more suitable for small tunnel job conditions. Finite element analysis ofthe bucket is carried out using ANSYS software. The results provide reference for design and manufacture of coal loadingmachines and other similar equipment.
