摘要
设计了一种便携式智能二手烟微型净化器,该设计利用抽气风扇的原理,吸收二手烟将其送到压缩机内,压缩机通过活塞运动将空气压入过滤层,经过3层过滤层的物理吸附和化学反应,将二手烟中污染物吸附分解,达到净化空气的目的。以单片机为控制芯片,根据烟雾传感器信号控制电动机工作,从而实现结构运转。该设计结构简单小巧,性能可靠,携带方便,具有良好的市场前景。
The paper designs a portable intelligent micro second -hand smoke purifier. Based on the principle ofinduction fan, the purifier absorbs and sents second-hand smoke into a compressor, the compressor extrudes the air intofilter layers with the compressor piston movement. Physical adsorption and chemical reaction in three layers of filtrationcan absorb and decompose the pollutants in second-hand smoke, and purifies the air around. The design employs a singlechip as the control chip. Smoke sensor signals can control motor to operate the mechanism. It has advantages of small andsimple structure, reliable performance, portable shape, it has rather good market prospect.
