摘要
文中利用计算机辅助手段优化设计出技术经济效果最佳的螺旋钢球活齿传动很有必要。利用Matlab软件建立数学模型并计算得出,当减速器的输入轴的直径为50mm,活齿直径为8mm,活齿个数为6,机架、输入轴的螺旋线数为3mm时,减速器结构最小。
This paper applies computer-aided design tools to optimize the gear transmission is necessary. Matlab softwareis used to build mathematics model. Calculation proves that gear reducer structure is minimum when the diameter of theinput shaft of the reducer is 50 mm, the diameter of movable tooth is 8 mm, movable tooth number is 6, and frame and theinput shaft spiral numbers are 3 mm.
