摘要
为实现快捷建立参数化槽轮机构模型,提出一种自顶向下的建模方法。以Solid W orks软件为平台,从槽轮机构装配体入手,利用方程式和布局草图确定槽轮和拨轮的几何尺寸及几何约束关系,建立可参数化驱动的槽轮机构装配模型,并利用数字仿真技术对运动特性加以验证。
In order to obtain the parametric model of geneva mechanism, a kind of top -down modeling method isproposed. Based on Solidworks software, the geometric dimension and the geometric constraint relation of the genevamechanism are determined by the equation and the layout sketch. Based on the layout sketch, the assembly model ofgeneva mechanism driven by parameters is established. The mechanism characteristics are verified by digital simulationtechnology.
