摘要
介绍了基于UG的渐开线直齿轮参数化建模过程中关键问题的解决方法,分析了渐开线形成过程中各参数的几何关系,通过参数化控制渐开线长度及渐开线生成位置,利用表达式抑制功能控制齿数变化时齿轮模型生成。建模结束后,改变齿轮基本参数就可得到相应参数的齿轮模型。
This paper introduces solution of key problems in the process of parametric modeling of involute gear based onUG. The geometric relations of the parameters in the process of the involute formation are analyzed. The length andposition of the involute are controlled by parameterization. Gear model is generated while the number of teeth is changedusing expression suppression. The gear model of the corresponding parameters can be obtained by changing the basicparameters of the gear after modeling.
