摘要
以CAK4085dj型卧式数控车床为研究对象。利用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,并对车床结构进行静力分析与模态分析。通过静力分析得到了车床结构的位移云图和应力云图,通过模态分析得到车床结构的前6阶固有频率和振型。根据仿真分析的结果可以进一步了解车床的静力特性及各阶振动模态的特点,为CAK4085dj型卧式数控车床结构的改进提供理论依据。
This paper studies C A K 4 0 8 5 dj horizontal C N C lathe, and establishes finite element model to calculate thestatic analysis and modal analysis of lathe structure using A N S Y S software. The displacement nephogram and strainnephogram of the lathe structure is obtained using static analysis; the first 6 -orders natural frequencies and vibrationmodes of the lathe structure are obtained using modal analysis. The results of simulation analysis provide the staticcharacteristic of the lathe and each order vibration modal characteristics, and theoretical basis for the improvement ofC A K 4 0 8 5 dj horizontal N C lathe structure.
