Countermeasure and Analysis on Abnormal Tilting Sound of Three Ball Joints Converter

对三点球铰支撑转炉倾动异响产生原因和机理进行了分析,并指出,只要转炉炉体与托圈之间的径向定位为挡座系统,在转炉倾动运行中,均会产生不同的声响。此外,还对挡座系统中如何减小和避免转炉倾动异响提出了具体措施和建议。

This paper analyzes the abnormal sound causes of three ball joints converter tilting. It is proved that stop bracket system of the radial positioning between the converter shell and trunnion ring always produces different sound in converter tilting operation. This paper proposes measures to reduce and avoid abnormal sound of the converter tilting abnormal sound.
