摘要
以10t-13m海洋起重机为例,对起重机臂架进行受力分析及计算;应用SolidWorks建立臂架模型并进行简化,以Workbench为工具进行静力学分析,得出臂架在最大工作幅度、最大工作载荷工况下的应力和变形,并得出臂架各铰点的载荷大小,为臂架结构设计、油缸设计、起重机刚度及动态载荷的计算提供了参考。
This paper analyzes and calculates the force on the 10t-13m offshore crane boom, and builds and simplifies the model of boom using SolidWorks. Static analysis is carried out using Workbench to get the stress and deformation under the maximum working range and the maximum working load condition. The working load at different hinge points of the boom is worked out. The results provide reference for the structural and cylinder design, as well as the calculation of the stiffness and dynamic loads of the crane.
