摘要
文中研究了五轴数控加工刀具轨迹生成技术,采用合适的驱动方法提高编程技术。通过对等残余高度法的步距与残余高度计算,以及不同曲面驱动方法的对比研究,在奖杯这一典型对象的五轴数控加工中得到高效实施应用。
This paper studies tool path generation technology of five-axis NC machining. Appropriate drive methods are applied to improve programming technology. Based on calculation of the step and scallop-height in constant scallop-height method, different surfaces drive methods are compared to obtain efficient machining of Trophy in five-axis NC machining tool.
