东江水量水质监控系统设计实现与关键技术

摘要 广东省东江流域水资源水量水质监控系统在采集、共享和接入数据的基础上,实现流域水情、雨情、工情、取水等数据实时更新,并预测其发展趋势。该系统按照SOA三层架构设计思想,采用了数据采集平台、数据交换平台和水量水质评价预测模型等数据集成共享技术,实现了重点监控对象实时监控和数据接收处理功能,并对广东省水文局、东莞水务中心等单位站点数据资源进行整合利用与共享,提高了水利资金的应用效益,保证了数据的一致性,避免了不同数据来源差异性,降低了运维成本,为落实广东省东江流域水资源分配方案奠定了技术基础。 With the three-tier SOA architecture and the utilization of the integrated data acquisition platform,data switching platform and six models for water quality and quantity evaluation and prediction,the monitoring system for quantity and quality of water resources in the Dongjiang River basin of Guangdong Province successfully realized the data integration and data sharing between its self-established 55 monitoring sites and more than 400 sites from different system sites in the basin,which had greatly increased the efficiency of the investment both in the construction phase and operation phase. The integrated data platform can ensure the consistency of data as from different sources,which improves the accuracy of the water resources evaluation and prediction. The system has laid solid technical foundation for the implementation of the government-approved water allocation plan in the basin.
