平面钢闸门主梁排水孔对结构受力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以某水电站平面钢闸门设计为例,利用ANSYS软件建立三维有限元分析模型,对主梁腹板有无排水孔及孔口尺寸不同时闸门各个构件应力、变形进行分析。研究结果表明,当近椭圆孔口尺寸为700 mm×350 mm时,各个构件的应力与变形值均符合规范要求,部分区域的应力集中效应减弱,闸门各构件的应力、变形几乎不受开孔的影响,平面闸门构件应力、变形随着排水孔截面尺寸变小而减小,为保证结构安全,设计时需进行严格的力学分析。 Taking the design of a plane steel gate of a hydropower station as an example,the periphery of drain holes of a main grider web was analyzed. Based on ANSYS software,a three dimensional finite element analysis model was established by comparing and analyzing models of drain holes having various sectional sizes and those without drain holes,change laws of various component stresses and deformation values could be obtained via calculation. The results show that when an oval orifice size is 700 mm×350 mm,stresses and deformation values of various components do satisfy the criteria set out in a design specification,and a stress concentration effect of the web is weakened,stress and deformation of each gate component are hardly affected by the drain holes,which satisfying the requirement concerning strength of the plane gate and in which stress and deformation volume of the plane gate components are reduced as the reduction of the sectional sizes of the drain holes. Hence,strict mechanical analysis should be executed in design for ensuring the security of structure.
