PVA-FRCC抗压强度增长规律灰色理论分析 被引量:1

摘要 为评价龄期对PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA-FRCC)立方体抗压强度的影响,采用灰色系统理论对非等时距(14、28、56、90 d)的抗压强度原始序列进行等时距(9、35、61、87 d)处理,并构建微分模型,得到非等时距GM(1,1)模型。采用残差和后验差检验验证了该模型的合理性,并对抗压强度作了进一步预测。结果表明:非等时距GM(1,1)模型符合PVA-FRCC抗压强度的发展规律,精度较高,预测值与试验值相吻合且收敛,可以方便可靠地预测PVA-FRCC的立方体抗压强度。 The non-equal interval GM( 1,1) model was established based on the gray system theory and the equidistant processing( 9d,35 d,61d and 87d) of the non-equal( 14 d,28d,56 d and 90d) initial data of the strength,which were differential equations,to evaluate the influence of age on the cube compressive strength of polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cementitious composites( PVA-FRCC),then residual tests and posteriori error tests were conducted to verify the rationality of the models and the further forecast of the cube compressive strength were made. The outcomes show that the non-equal interval GM( 1,1) model with high forecast accuracy matches the development law of the cube compressive and the convergent forecast data fits well with the experimental data. Therefore,the non-equal interval GM( 1,1) model is so simple and reliable that can be applied to the forecast of the cube compressive strength.
