摘要
以盐环定扬水工程为例,介绍了引进的直开口闸门测控一体化系统结构组成及建设内容,从测流准确性、闸门反应时间、开度准确性、可靠性等方面对干渠直开口闸堰测控一体化系统运行情况进行评估,结果表明:系统自动测定的水深误差为-5.83%-3.75%,日累计水量误差为-5.63%-0.64%,系统反应时间为0.4-1.0 s,开度误差为-2.67%-2.86%,各参数误差均在允许范围内,综合评估认为该系统功能全面,运行可靠,数据准确,可在明渠输配水工程中应用并推广.
It will be a trend for water conservancy information management using the integrated automatic measurement and control system of gates. This article described the composition,building content and functionality of the system. Taking Yan-Huan-Ding Yellow River Pumping Project in Ningxia as an example,it evaluated the operation according to the flow measurement accuracy,gate reaction time,opening accuracy,reliability and other indicators. The main conclusions show that using this system,the error of water level is-5.83%-3.75%,the cumulative volume error is-5.63%-0.64%,the system response time is 0.4-1.0 s and the open error range is-2.67%-2.86%,so each parameter error is within the allowable range. Meanwhile,the comprehensive assessment is that the system has a comprehensive functions,reliable operation and accurate data characteristics. It can be widely used in open-channel irrigation water transportation and distribution engineering projects.
