ExcelVBA在巷道围岩支护稳定性控制中的应用

摘要 在对巷道围岩变形控制的研究过程中,传统的监测和预测方法所需时间长、误差大。基于此,以对平煤集团六矿丁二轨道下山巷道的变形监测分析为例,采用Excel VBA的二次开发模块设计程序,快速绘制巷道围岩变形曲线图和变形趋势曲线,并计算出以观测日期t为自变量的与位移u或变形速率v的函数,预测巷道围岩的变形状况。这一程序具有快速、准确、可重复等特点,有助于提高工作效率,且容易保存管理。 In the study of roadway surrounding rock deformation control, the traditional methods of monitoring andprediction have the disadvantages of long time observation and large error. Based on this, taking the analysis of defor-mation monitoring for the Ding2 track down roadway in Pingdingshan No.6 coal mine as a case, deformation curvesand deformation trend curves of surrounding rock of roadway were rapidly drew by using Excel VBA module designprogram, and the function of u or v of deformation rate was calculated with the observation date t as the independentvariable, to predict the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway. Ultimately achieve the purpose of predicting thedefoemation of surrounding rock. This program has the advantages of rapid, accurate and repeatable, it can help to im-prove the efficiency and easy management.
