摘要
通过恒流条件下的充放电测试、热重分析(TG)、线性循环伏安测试法(LSV)、能量散射光谱检测(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜检测(SEM)和电化学阻抗谱检测(EIS)等测试技术,对高压电解液添加剂PTES在锂离子电池中的作用进行探究。结果表明,苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PTES)可有效抑制电解液在高电压下的分解现象,同时降低电池的阻抗。在电解液中加入体积分数1%PTES后,可显著改善Li1.17Mn0.58Ni0.25O2/Li电池的循环性能,1C下70次循环后容量保持率由75.9%提高到92.9%,倍率性能也得到明显提高。
The effect of Phenyltriethoxysilane(PTES) additive on the performance of the high-voltage lithium ion bat-tery were studied by galvanostatic charge-discharge test, linear sweep voltammetry(LSV), thermogravimetric analysis(TG),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and electrochemical impedance spec-troscopy(EIS). The results indicated that PTES could effectively inhibit the decomposition of the electrolyte underhigh voltage, and decrease the impedance of the battery. With the volume fraction of 1%PTES in the electrolyte, cansignificantly improve the cycle performance of Li1.17Mn0.58Ni0.25O2/Li battery, after 70 cycles under 1C, the capacity re-tention rate was increased from 75.9% to 92.9%, and the rate performance was significantly improved.
