摘要
设计了一种新型多点成形冲头组件及其调形机械手,该机械手包括上机械手和下机械手。上机械手用于圆周方向固定冲头并对冲头施加一定轴向力,可消除在调形过程中冲头组件与安装板之间的间隙。下机械手用于夹持冲头套筒端部并转动该端部以调整冲头高度,然后拧紧锁紧螺母。设计了上、下机械手协同工作方法。
bA new-type punch component for Multi-point forming was designed, and the manipulator for punch’s height adjustment was designed. The manipulator was composed of the upper manipulator and the lower manipulator. The punch was fixed in circumferential direction by the upper manipulator, and the punch carried proper axial force applied by the upper manipulator in order that the gap between punch component and punchy installation plane couldbe eliminate in the process of height adjustment. The end of punchsleeve could be clamped and rotated by the lower mamipulator to adjust punchy height, and lock-nut couldbe tightened by the lower manipulator. Collaborative working method of the upper and lower manipulator is designed.
