摘要
采用低温水热法合成了Ho^(3+),Yb^(3+)和Li+共掺杂Zn O上转换荧光粉。研究了Ho^(3+),Yb^(3+)和Li+的掺杂摩尔比对样品的结构、形貌和上转换发光强度的影响,讨论了其上转换发光机理。结果表明:所制备的Zn O∶Ho,Yb粉体为六方纤锌矿结构的亚微米(500 nm)棒,相比未掺杂样品尺寸增加,表面不再光滑。在980 nm激光(LD)激发下,Zn O∶1.2mol%Ho,4mol%Yb,5mol%Li样品发出较强的绿光上转换发射。
The Ho^3+,Yb^3+and Li+co-doped Zn O phosphorus were prepared by hydrothermal method.The concentration of Ho^3+,Yb^3+and Li^+on structure,morphology and upconversion intensity was investigated and the mechanism of up-conversion luminescence of the samples was discussed.The results indicate the Zn O∶ Ho,Yb phosphor is hexagonal wurtzite structure with sub-micro(500 nm) rods.The size is increased compare to undoped Zn O and surface of rod is no longer smooth as the undoped sample.Under the excitation of 980 nm LD,found the sample of Zn O∶ 1.2mol% Ho,4mol% Yb,5mol% Li has a strong green emission.
