摘要
本文首先对FTO薄膜的特性和应用进行简明陈述,之后对薄膜的制备方法,包括溶胶-凝胶法、磁控溅射法、化学气相沉积法和喷雾热解法等现有制备技术及研究进展进行了全面的综述,最后对FTO薄膜的制备技术改进及FTO理论设计研究前景进行了展望。
Firstly,the characteristics and applications of FTO thin film were introduced briefly in this paper.Then,the preparation methods and research progresses of FTO thin film,such as sol-gel,magnetron sputtering,chemical vapor deposition and spray pyrolysis method,were overall reviewed.Finally,the perospect of synthesis technology and theoretical design of FTO thin film were discussed.
