摘要
商科类学生就业能力与关键能力(技术技能、思想道德、人文素养)的强弱密切相关,建立起培养学生关键能力的课程体系是提升学生就业能力的前提和根本。同时,为了满足学生个性化的学习要求,建立起灵活有效的教学资源库,与课程体系相辅相成、相得益彰,也是培养学生关键能力的有效手段。
The employment ability of the business school students is closely related to the key competencies (skills, ideological and moral, humanistic literacy). For schools, it is a precondition and foundation to establish curriculum system to cultivate key ability of students and enhance the students' employment ability. At the meanwhile, in order to meet the students' individual learning requirements, to establish a flexible and effective teaching resources library, and curriculum system that complement each other, is also an effective means to cultivate students' key ability.
