摘要
探索适合《管理学基础》课程教学的有效小组合作学习模式。针对课程学习低效或无效的现状,进行了《管理学基础》课程小组合作学习模式的构建,即学习分组—互动活动设计—小组组织运行—学习效果评价。有效的小组合作学习模式提高了课堂效率,实现了知学行的统一;提高了团队合作精神,增强了学生的自信心;提高了集体荣誉感,激发了学生的竞争意识;提高了创新力和实践力,促进了学生的全面发展。
In this paper, the study about the present situation of course learning inefficient or invalid is implemented for exploring valid study model of effective group cooperative learning. We carried out the management foundation construction of curriculum group cooperative learning, which is to establish the learning group, design interactive activities, run team organization and evaluate study effect. Effective group cooperative learning has improved the classroom efficiency; achieved the unification of knowledge, learning and action ; enhanced the cooperation spirit of team; enhanced the students' self- confidence; increased the collective sense of honor; inspired the students' competitive consciousness; improved the creativity and practice; and promoted the all-round development of students.
