近年来,中国经济社会发展呈现出新常态的特征,对于高等教育,尤其是班主任工作提出了新的要求。高校班主任工作需要适应新常态的新任务,围绕加强就业指导、强化公民教育、增进价值观引导、完善法治观念、增强环保理念等方面,在学生中树立"中国梦"的价值共识,不断创新工作方法和工作艺术,更好地履行时代赋予的重要使命。

In recent years, there is a new state named new normal in the economic and social development of China, which makes new demand of higher education, especially for college ideological teachers. It is the job of college ideological teachers, that need to accommodate the new mission of the new normal, by enhancing employment guidance, strengthening civic education, increasing guidance of value , improving the concept of the rule of law, and reinforcing the concept of environmental protection. They should set up the common value of ＂ China Dream＂ , keep on Innovating working methods and working art. Therefore, they can meet their important historical responsibility better.
