摘要
在冯内古特的4部小说中,主人公在经历重大的历史事件和人生变故之后,人生观和价值观都发生巨大变化,他们进入成年期后对世界的认识被颠覆,人生轨迹被改变。这些主人公的"再成长"经历,揭示出20世纪世界大战和科学技术的迅猛发展给人类带来的诸多社会问题。
In four Vonnegut＇s novels,the protagonists have greatly changed their outlooks on life and values after they have gone through some historic events and misfortunes in life. Their perception of the world upon growing into maturity from teenagehood has been overthrown and their course of life has been altered. The experiences of the protagonists＇ re-initiation expose many social problems caused by the two world wars and the rapid development of science and technology in the 20 ^（th）century.
