摘要
文中论述了钢混三明治结构沉管隧道的设计适用边际。结合历史及文献,从科学认知、设计目标及工程应用三方面证明了尺寸效应对结构安全的直接影响,以及对超出实践范围尺度的结构需要进行实验验证的必要性,归纳总结了已有实验报告钢混三明治梁、板的尺寸,以及已有典型工程尺寸。讨论了该类型结构应用于沉管隧道时的抗疲劳与抗冲击的设计验证问题。
The paper discussed the application margin of the design of steel-concrete-steel sandwich immersed tunnel.Combining with the history and literature, we proved the direct influence of the size effect to the structure safety, and thenecessity of test for the validation of the structure whose size is larger than that of the existed sandwich structure from threeaspects as scientific cognitive, design targets, and the engineering application. We summarized the size of the experimented orexperienced sandwich beam, slab and typical structure, and discussed the design validation issues of fatigue resistance andimpact resistance of sandwich structure when it applied in immersed tunnel.
