摘要
3 500 m^3/h绞吸式挖泥船是中交三家航道局的主力船型,在国内外大型工程项目中发挥着重要的作用。定位钢桩作为绞吸挖泥船的重要设备,担负着船体定位、传递作用力矩的作用,其在作业工况下的强度对绞吸挖泥船的安全作业和持续施工具有不可忽视的意义。文章以3 500 m^3/h绞吸式挖泥船定位钢桩为研究对象,针对恶劣工况,利用桩-土理论进行分析,采用有限元数值模拟计算的方法,研究钢桩的强度和改进方法。优化改进后的钢桩结构提高了施工安全系数。
The 3 500 m^3/h cutter suction dredger is the main ship form for the three dredging companies of CCCC, which plays an important role in the large projects at home and abroad. The work spud is a key equipment of the cutter suction dredger, and plays the role of fixing dredger position and transmitting moment. Under working condition, the strength of work spud is very important for the safe operation and continuous construction of the cutter suction dredger. With the work spud of 3 500 m^3/h cutter suction dredgers as the research object, in view of the bad working conditions, we researched the strength and improvement technique of work spud with FEM by using the pile-soil theory. The optimized work spud structure improves the construction safety factor.
