针对配电网空间资源数据采录和管理中存在的问题,本文在北斗高精度定位技术和移动互联网技术的基础上,并有机契合移动GIS技术、LTE230和4G数据同步技术、文字识别技术、语音识别技术等对配电网设备实时管控系统进行深入研究,实现了基于智能移动终端的配电网数据的高效采录,配电网数据变更、实时审核和快速同步,基于智能多媒体分析技术的配电网运维等功能。

For the existing problems of distribution network spatial resources data edition and management, the paper based on the Bei Dou high precision positioning technology and mobile Internet technology, and organic fitted mobile GIS, LTE230 and 4G data synchronization technology, image recognition technology, voice recognition technology and so on to conduct the thorough research to the real-time control system of power distribution network and it realizes the functions of the efficient distribution network based on intelligent mobile terminal data edition, distribution network synchronization of real-time data changes, audit and rapid distribution network based on the technology of intelligent multimedia analysis operations.
