Properties,Formation Mechanism and Application of Amorphous Alloys

摘要 概述了非晶合金的发展历史,并介绍了其主要性能,包括软磁性能(磁感应强度、磁导率、矫顽力和损耗)、力学性能(强度、硬度、韧性和耐磨性)及化学性能(耐腐蚀性);对比了单辊急冷法、双辊急冷法、悬滴熔化提取法及平面流铸法的优缺点;从合金的结构、热力学和动力学3个方面阐述了合金的非晶形成机理,总结了表征合金非晶形成能力的各种参数,主要包括熔化焓ΔH、熔化熵ΔS、约化玻璃转变温度T_(rg)和黏度η等;展望了我国在非晶研究领域的应用前景. The development history of amorphous alloys is summarized,and their main performances are introduced including soft magnetic properties(magnetic flux density,permeability,coercive force and loss),mechanical properties(strength,hardness,toughness and wear resistance)and chemical properties(corrosion resistance).The advantages and disadvantages of the single roller quenching,double roller quenching,hanging drop melting extraction,and planar flow casting methods are compared.The forming mechanisms of amorphous alloys have been investigated from the structure,thermodynamics and kinetics.The characterization parameters of glass forming ability have been summarized and investigated.They include melting enthalpy ΔH,entropy of fusion ΔS,reduced glass transition temperature Trg,viscosityη,etc.As the amorphous alloys are more and more widely applied,the demand of the related functional or special materials will be more and more high.The development direction of amorphous alloys in our country is summarized in this paper.
