Based on the successful experience of promoting the green credit in developed countries,it is concluded that the key of implementing and promoting green credit is to strengthen environmental responsibility via legislation,perfecting the motivation mechanism is the most powerful guarantee of carrying out and promoting green credit,and detailed evaluation standard is the technology support of promoting the green credit and putting it into practice. Those are playing an important role in improving the development of economy and the ecological environment and promoting the green circulation economy.
