明清以来福建巫觋的社会地位探析

Analysis of Wizard's Social Status Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Fujian

明清时期,虽然福建官方重儒禁巫,但儒家思想主要浸润于上层社会,在下层社会,巫觋仍然在发挥其深广的影响力,而官方有时也需要借助巫觋或巫术来安抚百姓、安定地方。明清时期,福建巫觋文化与地域文化相契合,且获得了更大的发展空间。

During the Ming and Qing dynasties,although Fujian state attached great importance to the Confucianism and banned the Wizard,Confucianism mainly infiltrated in the upper society,and in the underworld,the wizard was still in play to its widespread influence. The official also needed the help of wizard or witchcraft to appease the people and the local place sometimes. This phenomenon indicates that the wizard culture suited Fujian regional culture during the Ming and Qing dynasties and acquired larger development space.
