Care Ethical Reflection on the Precise Funding of Poor University Students

精准资助理念要求贫困大学生资助工作力求做到对象精准、需求精准、形式精准、效能精准,体现了党中央对贫困生的深度关怀。从关怀伦理来看,贫困不仅是经济贫困,还包括能力贫困和权利贫困;对贫困生的资助是社会共同体的责任;要针对贫困生立体的、发展的需求体系提供贴心的资助关怀内容,改进资助关怀的形式,并从促进贫困生经济性发展、学习性发展、社会性发展三个维度构建精准的效能评估体系。

From the concept of precise funding,we should strive to achieve object accurate,precise needs,form precision,accurate performance while aid for poor students. It reflects deep care of the Party Central Committee to poor students. In the view of the ethics of care,poverty is not only economic poverty,but also includes the poverty of capability and rights poverty. It is the responsibility of the community to aid the poor students. We should provide attentive service which is based on the needs of poor students,take various patterns of care,and construct accurate performance evaluation system.
