基于区位商方法研究陕西省装备制造业集群竞争力

Research on the Competitiveness of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cluster in Shaanxi Province Based on Location Quotient Method

在现有装备制造业产业集群竞争力研究的基础上,通过搜集2009—2013年工业及装备制造业主要指标数据,采用区位商方法测定陕西省装备制造业与其他产业集中度、装备制造业内七大类行业集中度与陕西省装备制造业集中度变化,通过对比分析,认为:陕西省装备制造业初具规模优势,但仍有发展空间;七大类行业中,金属制造业最具规模优势,专用设备制造业与交通设备制造业最具竞争力优势;陕西省装备制造业集群规模化发展受到限制,在现有集群规模基础上提升集群竞争力成为装备制造业发展的首选,陕西省装备制造业集群的进一步发展应以先进装备制造业为主导,以自主创新为驱动,逐步提高陕西省装备制造业集群竞争力。

In this paper, through collecting the main index data of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province from the year 2009 to 2013, on the basis of the existing equipment manufacturing industry cluster research, location quotient method is used to determinate the Shaanxi equipment manufacture industrial concentration and other industry concentration, seven kinds of equipment manufacturing industry concentration in Shaanxi Province, and the change of Shaanxi equipment manufacture industrial concentration. Through comparative analysis, it is proved that the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi has its advantage and there is still room for development; the most advantage of scale is the metal manufacturing industry, ＂while the more competitive ad-vantage the special equipment manufacturing and transportation equipment manufacturing; the scale development of Shaanxi province equipment manufacturing industry cluster is limited, therefore, the size of clusters competitiveness is preferred based on the existing cluster. Finally, the policy recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi is giv-en, the development of regional economy will be promoted and it has a certain guiding significance for Shaanxi economy.
