Archival infomiatization and the resourcization of archival information make professional archives talents change into the compound talents of archives major,main major and information major. In the field of talent study, quality,knowledge and abili-ty are the three major components of any talent. Among the nine major factors,the professional quality of archival professionals is the factor that reflects the professional development of archival talents and leads the professional development of archival talents. The main professional knowledge is the key factor to realize the value of information resources and improve the existence of archives. Pro-fessional ability in information reflects the level of the management of archives informatization, and it is also the factor which changes with the time. These three factors represent the core factors of the construction of social archives professionals from different dimen- sions,and represent the direction of the change of the roles of archivists.
