超声波强化锌焙砂的浸出试验研究

摘要 为了提高商洛炼锌厂锌焙砂中锌的浸出率,运用超声波辐射方法,研究了酸碱两种体系中锌的浸出条件。在酸性浸出中以硫酸作为浸出剂,考察了超声波辐射强度、辐射时间和液固比对锌焙砂浸出率的影响;在碱性浸出中以NH4Cl-NH3·H2O作为浸出剂,考察了总氨浓度、超声时间和液固比对锌焙砂浸出率的影响。结果表明:在硫酸体系下最佳浸出条件是超声时间为120 min,超声功率为300 W,液固比为7:1,最大浸出率为91.5%;在NH4Cl-NH3·H2O体系下最佳浸出条件是总氨浓度为7.5 mol·L-1,液固比为8:1,超声时间为150 min,超声功率300 W,最大浸出率85.3%。 A technological process on ultrasonic strengthening acid leaching and alkaline leaching zinc calcine from Shangluo Zinc Plant is studied. The effects of radiation intensity, time of ultrasonic wave, total ammonia concentration and the rotio of liquid to solid on the rate of zinc calcine extraction are also analyzed and dicussed to investigate the leaching conditions of acid and alkaline leaching system. The results showed that, the optimum conditions of sulfuric acid system are as follows: 120 min for ultrasonic time, 300 W for ultrasonic power, liquid-solid ratio is 7 and maximum leaching rata is 91.5 % . The optimum conditions of NH4Cl-NH3 ·H2O system are as follows: 150 min for ultrasonic time, 300 W for ultrasonic power, liquid-solid ratio is 8:1, total ammonia concentration is 7.5 mol ·L^ -1 and maximum leaching rata is 85.3%.
