基于AHP法的渭南市土地利用现状评价

An Analysis on Present Situation of Land Use in Weinan City Based on AHP Method

根据渭南市实际情况,建立土地利用现状评价指标体系,用AHP法确定各指标权重,采用综合评价法从土地开发利用程度、土地集约经营程度、土地综合利用效益对渭南市土地利用现状进行评价。结果表明,渭南市土地利用现状水平分值为0.8935,可见渭南市土地利用现状基本合理,土地集约经营程度和综合利用效益较好,但土地开发利用程度偏低。为渭南市可持续利用土地资源提供有益的参考,同时对类似地区合理利用土地资源,实现可持续发展具有一定参考意义。

With Weinan City in Shaanxi Province as the research object,bassed on specific circumstances of Weinan City, this study first established the index system of the land use status evaluation, then determined the weight of each index by applying the method of AHP, and finally the comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the land use situation in Weinan City from four aspects： the level of land exploitation and utilization, land intensive management, comprehensive land use efficiency. The result showed that score of land use level of Weinan City was 0.8935. It also indicated that the land use level in Weinan City was reasonable, and the degree of land intensive management and comprehensive efficiency was better. However, the level of land exploitation and utilization was lower in this area. The research results provided a useful reference for the sustainable use of land resources in Weinan City. This was significant for proper use of land resources and sustainable development.
