Vaspin改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗 被引量:6

摘要 胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的主要发病机制之一。内脏脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(visceral adipose tissue-derived serpin,Vaspin)是从OLETF大鼠内脏脂肪组织中分离出来的一种具有胰岛素增敏效应的脂肪细胞因子[1]。但是目前关于Vaspin改善IR的机制尚不完全清楚。
