摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种生殖功能障碍合并代谢障碍的内分泌疾病,其病因及发病机制尚未明确。磷酯酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路中的信号分子及蛋白的改变与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗的发生、脂肪细胞的分化、细胞增殖及治疗预后有关。 Polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS) is a common endocrine disease,with reproductive functional disturbance and metabolic disorders. However,its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear yet. Inside the cell,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase / Protein Kinase B( PI3K-Akt) is one of the important signal pathway,and the change of PI3 KAkt signal pathway is related to processes of PCOS,such as insulin resistance,adipocyte differentiation,cell proliferation,treatment and prognosis.
