泉州南音,原称弦管,是中国现存最古老的乐种之一,联合国教科文组织于2009年9月30日将其列入"人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录"。对其进行全方位的搜集、整理和数字化处理保存,是更好地保护和传承的必要举措。文章概括梳理泉州南音记录工程主要内容、主要进展及取得的主要成果,分析南音记录工程面临的主要问题,并从政策资金保障、社会资源共享、多部协同攻关和推广模式创新四个方面提出策略建议。

Quanzhou Nanyin,formerly known as China xianguan,as one of the oldest musics,was included in the＂intangible cultural heritage list＂by UNESCO on September 30,2009.The full range of the collection,sorting and processing of digital preservation are necessary for better protection.The artide review inherit the main content summarizes the main achievements of Quanzhou Nanyin recording project,and major progress in the analysis of the main problems facing the project and from the records of Nanyin,policy financial security,social resource sharing,more than four aspects of collaborative research and promotion model innovation to propose strategies.
