摘要
提出了基于串联型双Z源新型逆变器拓扑结构。在拓扑电路中串联双Z源网络,以此降低Z源网络电容电压应力,采用了改进型载波反向层叠调制技术,从而减小启动过程电压的冲击。最后,通过仿真实验验证了文中提出的拓扑结构的优越性及调制策略的可行性。
A new type series connection based inverter topology structure is proposed. Double Z source network are connected in series in topological circuit so as to decrease capacitance voltage stress of Z source network; and improved type of carrier reversed phase overlay modulation technology is adopted to minimize voltage impact caused by start-up process. The advantages of the topological structure and feasibilities of the modulation strategy mentioned in the paper are verified by the actual simulation experiment.
