摘要
张艺谋民俗电影在国内和北美均受到文化误读。国内后殖民批判批评张艺谋民俗电影"自我东方化",以呼应文化民族主义;北美影评趋于政治解读,推崇其文化对抗。对张艺谋民俗电影的主观误读,凸显了误读背后的审美意识形态。张艺谋民俗电影成为表征文化利用的影像文本。
Zhang Yimou's folk movies are subject to cultural misreading,both in China and in North America. In China,post-colonial criticisms have pointed out that his folk movies present features of 'self-orientalism',echoing cultural nationalism. In North America,reviews tend towards a more political interpretation,putting a lot of emphasis on the movies' cultural resistance. There clearly areaesthetic ideologies in play behind the subjective misreading of Zhang Yimou' s folk movies,which have become visual texts characterized by cultural exploitation.
