民办高校大学生创业能力提升途径研究

随着民办高校大学生就业压力的不断加大,以创业带动就业、以创业教育提升大学生的创业能力,对民办高校而言具有重要意义。通过分析民办高校提升创业能力的意义,提出提升民办高校大学生创业能力的途径:培养大学生人际沟通、经营管理、团结协作和社会实践的能力,建立创业虚拟平台,建立大学生创业园区,开设创业培训机构,加大对大学生创业的资金支持。

With the rising of graduates＇ employment pressure of private universities nowadays, the enhancing and expanding of employment by encouraging business startups,it is great significance for private universities. Through the analysis of the significance of business startups abilities for private universities,to propose some ways to develop the ability for the college students, to develop their abilities of communication, management, cooperation and social practice. We should establish virtual platforms and centers of entrepreneurship, and set up the training organizations and strengthen the financial support for the college students.
