摘要 目的构建一种适应不同需求的快速生成中药斗谱的软件系统。方法以可扩展的中药信息数据库为基础,设计"四叶草组合"的药格布局,综合中药斗谱传统规则编制系统软件。通过链接中药临床使用信息数据库,采集中药临床数据,统计运行指定时间段实时更新的动态资料数据生成斗谱。结果不同形式饮片散片与小包装在夏季、冬季及全年度的使用中,药味构成比具统计学意义,表明散片与小包装的使用具有不同特点,不同形式饮片的斗谱分开管理确有必要;散片在不同四季使用中的构成比具统计学意义,表明中药使用与季节具有一定相关性,斗谱不同四季分开管理确有必要。结论该系统可实现不同需求中药斗谱的实时有效管理。 Objective: To establish a new software system of traditional Chinese herbal medicine drawer position catering for different requests. Methods: Based on the extending information database of traditional Chinese medicine, "Four-leaf Clover Combination" layout was designed and the software was established according to traditional Chinese herbal medicine drawer position rules. By linking TCM clinical information database,collecting TCM clinical data,and making updating statistics of a specified time period,the layout of drawer position was built. Results: The layout systems of different forms of slices and small packages used in summer,winter and a whole year had statistical significance demonstrating that slices and small package had different characteristics, and that different forms of slices draw position management was necessary. Slices used in different seasons had statistical significance indicating that season and application of TCM had certain relevance,and that separate management of draw position in different seasons was necessary. Conclusion: The system can achieve real-time and effective management of traditional Chinese herbal medicine catering for different requests.
