化痰清瘀颗粒治疗急性脑血栓形成(痰瘀证)的临床观察

Clinical Studies on Acute Cerebral Thrombosis Phlegm Stasis Treated by Huatan Qingyu Granule

目的观察化痰清瘀颗粒治疗急性脑血栓形成(痰瘀证)的临床疗效。方法将78例急性脑血栓形成患者随机分为两组,对照组38例接受常规综合治疗;治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用化痰清瘀颗粒治疗。疗程为4周。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的78.90%(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后在日常生活能力Barthel指数(ADL)、生活能力指数积分(QLI)、血液流变学指标改善上均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论化痰清瘀颗粒治疗急性脑血栓形成疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of phlegm clear stasis granule treatment on acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods： 78 cases of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis formation were randomly assigned to two groups： the control group （38 cases） accepted comprehensive treatment. The treatment group of 40 cases was treated with Huatan Qingyu granule on the basis of the control group. Results： In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 95% which was obviously higher than 78.90% in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. In terms of the com- parison on ADL（Barthel Index）,life ability index（QLI） and hemorheology,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Huatan Qingyu granule possesses definite curative effect treating acute cerebral thrombosis.
