定点旋转位小针刀治疗颈椎病射频消融术后神经根激惹症状的临床观察

Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Fixed-point Rotation in Two Small Needle Knife Treatment on Nerve Root Irritation Symptoms after Cervical Spondylosis by Radiofrequency Ablation

目的观察定点旋转位小针刀治疗颈椎病射频消融术后神经根激惹症状的疗效,探讨此法治疗颈椎病射频消融术后神经根激惹症状的作用机理。方法 60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用定点旋转位小针刀疗法,每隔5日治疗1次,连续治疗3次;对照组采用常规针刺疗法,每日1次,连续治疗15 d,配合双氯芬酸75 mg,口服,每日1次,甲钴胺片500 U,口服,每日3次。比较两组患者治疗前后及随访患者3月后的临床症状及临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,两组均能有效改善临床症状,组间比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);临床总有效率治疗组与对照组相当(P>0.05);随访患者3月后临床疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定点旋转位小针刀治疗颈椎病射频消融术后神经根激惹症状疗效显著且长期疗效稳定,操作方便、省时、廉价。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of fixed-point rotation in two small needle knife treatment on nerve root irritation symptoms after cervical spondylosis by radiofrequency ablation and discuss its mechanism. Methods： 60 eases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with fixed-point rotation in two small needle knife therapy and the treatment was made every 5 days with continuous 3 times. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture therapy once a day,continuously for 15 days,with diclofenac 75rag po.qd and mecobalamin tablets 500 u po.tid. The clinical symptoms of the patients and clinical curative effect in the two groups were compared before and after the treat- ment and in 3 months followed up. Results： The clinical symptoms could effectively be improved in the two groups;the treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The patients were followed up in 3 months and the result indicated that the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of fixed-point rotation in two small needle knife treatments on nerve root irritation symptoms after cervical spondylosis by radiofrequency ablation （RFCA） is significant and stable. It has long-term efficacy with convenient operation which is time-saving and cheap.
