基于主成分分析的学术社区成员知识创新行为动机研究

Motivation Research on Knowledge Innovation Behavior of Academic Community Members Based on Principal Component Analysis

[目的/意义]学术社区作为学术信息交流和知识共享与传播的平台越来越受到科研工作者的关注,同时也极大地推动了知识创新活动,因此研究学术社区成员知识创新行为动机具有十分重要的意义。[方法/过程]在已有的文献研究中,大多是从不同理论角度分析网络社区成员行为动机,首次将学术社区成员知识创新行为动机分为外部动机、内化的外部动机和内部动机三个方面,通过网络问卷调查,采用主成分分析法对学术社区成员知识创新行为动机进行实证研究。[结果/结论]研究结果表明学术社区成员知识创新行为动机中最主要的动机是内部动机,其次是内化的外部动机,最后是外部动机。根据分析结果,为激励学术社区成员知识创新行为以及促进学术社区建设与发展提出了相应的管理建议。

[ Purpose/Significance] As a platform of academic communication and knowledge sharing and communication, academic community is gaining more and more attention of research workers, and it has greatly promoted the knowledge innovation activities. So motivation research on knowledge innovation behavior of academic community members is of great significance. [ Method/Process] Most of the existing literature researches analyze the motivation of academic community members＂ knowledge innovation from different theories angles. This article is the first to conduct a research of the academic community members＂ knowledge innovation from three aspects of external motivation, internalized external motivation and internal motivation. Through the network questionnaire survey, an empirical research using the principal component analysis （PCA） is carded out afterwards. [ Result/Conclusion] The research results show that the main motivation of academ/c community members＇ knowledge innovation behavior is the internal motivation, the second is the internalized external motivation, and the last is the external motivation. At last, corresponding management advices on stimulating academic community members＂ knowledge innovation behavior and promoting the development of the academic community construction are put forward.
