我国学术评价研究述评与趋势展望--基于1998-2015年1429篇文献的计量分析

Review and Prospect of Research on Academic Evaluation in China—Based on the Statistical Analysis of 1429 Papers in 1998-2015

[目的/意义]优质高效的学术评价体系可以创设良好的学术环境、助力高校建设和学科发展,然而至今到底如何开展学术评价还有很多悬而未决、充满争议的问题,尤其是在双一流建设和创新驱动发展的背景下,对这一领域进行回顾、评价与展望具有重要意义。[方法/过程]依据文献计量学方法,运用CiteSpace III可视化软件,在发文量、学科领域、期刊来源、研究机构及热点议题等方面,对1998-2015年间CNKI数据库中刊载的学术评价或者科研评价主题的1429篇CSSCI来源期刊论文进行计量分析。[结果/结论]据此识别界定出该领域的若干争议与核心议题,并提出评价方法上强调与对象的适切性、评价导向上强调质量优先和评价理念上强调理性重建三个建议。

[Purpose/Signlfirance] An efficient academic evaluation system can create good academia and help college to improve disci- pline quality. Under the background of the construction of ＂Double World-class＂ and innovation-driven development, hoW to carry out academic evaluation is a controversial challenge, which is of great significance to carry on the review, evaluation and prospect of this field. [ Method/Process] Using bibliometrical analysis method, this study analyzes the paper productivity, discipline, journals, research institutions and hot topics of 1429 CSSCI source journal papers on academic evaluation from CNKI database via the CiteSpace III Information Visualization Software. [ Result/Conclusion] On the basis of the identification and definition of several controversial issues in this field, three suggestions are put forward on the research method of academic evaluation, including adapting to the object, prioritizing the quality and reconstructing the ration.
