经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肝细胞癌的研究进展

Current status of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

肝细胞癌是一种发病率高的恶性肿瘤。经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)是治疗肝细胞癌的重要方法之一。本文简述了TACE主要包括传统TACE、球囊阻塞TACE、药物洗脱微球TACE。介绍了TACE治疗肝细胞癌具有一定的优势和相应的适应证,需要根据患者的具体病情,综合分析,可以考虑采用联合治疗,克服单个治疗的缺点,达到互补的作用,提高临床疗效。回顾了TACE治疗肝细胞癌后的疗效评估,主要包括CT、超声、核磁共振成像和PET-CT。分析表明TACE治疗肝细胞癌具有较好的临床效果,但仍存在一定的临床问题。

Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is a high incidence of malignant tumor. The transcatheter arterial ehemoem- bolization （TACE） has become one of the important methods for the treatment of HCC. This article briefly describes the TACE, mainly including traditional TACE, balloon blocking TACE, drug eluting microspheres TACE; introduces the TACE treatment of HCC has certain advantages and the corresponding indications, according to the specific condition of patients, comprehensive analysis; considers the use of combination therapy to overcome the shortcomings of a single treatment to achieve complementary effects and improve clinical efficacy. The clinical efficacy of TACE in the treat- ment of HCC is reviewed including CT, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） and PET-CT shows that TACE treatment of HCC has a good clinical efficacy, but there arc still some clinical problems.
