干性玻璃体切割术围术期护理在先天性白内障中的应用

Application of perioperative nursing of dry vitrectomy in congenital cataract

目的探讨干性玻璃体切割术治疗先天性白内障的围术期护理干预价值。方法选择2012年8月～2016年1月在陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院接受干性玻璃体切割术治疗的先天性白内障患儿56例，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各28例。对照组患儿接受临床眼科常规护理，观察组患儿接受干性玻璃体切割术周术期护理术后随访6个月。出院前1d，评估两组患儿家属的护理满意度；术后6个月复查患儿视力情况，记录并发症发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度问卷总分及护理态度、操作专业性、沟通有效性、解决问题的效率、职业操守评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；两组患儿的视力情况差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患儿的并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论围术期护理可以提高先天性白内障患儿家属的满意度，提升于性玻璃体切割术的治疗效果及安全性。

Objective To study the application of perioperative nursing of dry vitrectomy in congenital cataract. Methods A total of 56 children with congenital cataract underwent dry vitrectomy in the First People＇s Hospital of Xianyang from August 2012 to January 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table, each group consisted of 28 cases. The cases in control group were treated by routine clinical care, whle patients in observation group were treated by perioperative nursing of dry vitrectomy, the cases in both groups were followed up for 6 months. One day before discharge, the nursing satisfaction of family members of the children in two groups was evaluated; 6 months after surgery the information acuity of vision and complications were recorded. Results The total scores of nursing satisfaction, the scores of nursing attitude, professional operation, effective communication, problem solving efficiency and occupation ethics in observation group were higher than those in control group, the dif- ferences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the information acuity of vision had a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）; the occurrence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care can improve the satisfaction of family members of children with congenital cataract, and improve the therapeutic efficacy and safety of dry vitrectomy.
